Grießner - Description

This newly built detached house you will stay in alone is located just outside the famous and centrally located village Leogang, on the edge of the Salzburgerland and Tyrol, on the sunny side of the valley. The house is divided in two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor, which makes it ideal for families or friends travelling together. Both apartments are identical in decoration with enough space and lots of privacy, you will have a cosy living room with TV, sitting corner and dining corner, a kitchen fitted with all appliances and 2 bedrooms which share the modern bathroom on each floor. You will have great views on the surrounding mountains from the sunny terrace or the sunny balcony. As added luxury the basement is equipped with a lovely relaxing space with sauna (from winter 2012/2013 -communal use) In winter the free ski bus - at about 600 m - takes you to the famous Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area in no time, a true paradise for snow lovers. But of course there are plenty of possibilities for non-skiers too, pretty, tidy walking paths, luge, langlauf the track run directly past your front door - and simply enjoying tranquillity and space.

In the other seasons Leogang and the immediate proximity has a lot to offer to active holiday makers and those looking for rest alike. Leogang is known throughout Europe for its huge mountainbiking facilities.
