Golf course 7 km, tennis 1 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 600 m, cross-country ski trail 300 m. Squash, swimming lake, 1 km. Satellite TV for hire. Beautiful view of the Kitzbuehel Alps. Important: please respect the laws for rubbish collection (recycling). Failure to do so will result in a fine of EUR 25.00 per bag, to be paid locally!

Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, electric coffee machine) with dining corner. Exit to the balcony. Bath-room, sep. WC. Large balcony, south facing position and south-west facing position. Facilities: telephone. The kitchen is spacious.
