Bad St Leonhard:: Situated in the ski and relaxation resort Klippitztoerl, 1520 m above sea level, is this cosy semi-detached house, 2 storeys, built in 2007, directly by the woods edge, 500 m from the ski-run. For shared use: grounds, children's playground (swing, sandpit). In the complex: sauna. Central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking by the house. Grocers 10 km, restaurant 500 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, tennis, ski lift, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Please note: The photograph is a typical example. The house is in a complex of 4 double houses and is an excellent starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, hikes, mountain-biking and other sports. You can spend evenings on your terrace with a glass of wine or in the sauna. The complex provides a Finnish sauna, an infra red sauna and, of course, a conventional sauna. Extensive children's entertainment programme (climbing, riding, fishing, bonfire) in July and August (free) in the Hochegger Alpengasthof guesthouse (350 m).
