Pölling: Situated over the Lavant valley, this beautifu family friendly holiday house, in the district of Pölling, 9 km from the centre of St.Andrae, in a south-facing position on a slope. For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers 9 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, swimming pool 9 km, mountain lift 20 km. Lakeside bathing, 9 km. The apartment is on a farm approx. 800 m above sea level. Wonderful views over the Lavant valley. The isolated position provides the ideal conditions for a holiday away from the hubbub. Recommended for guests seeking peace and relaxation, who enjoy hiking and mountain-biking but at the same time wish to enjoy the comfort of a very pleasant apartment. Nature, woods, meadows, mountains, otherwise just scattered working farms in the area. The house is reached via a safe tarmac road. Home-made produce like schnaps, ham, speck (bacon) and bread for sale. Breakfast and half-board on request.
