The Presseger See is one of the less known lakes in Carinthia. It is situated in the River Gail valley and 5 km to the west of the attractive town of Hermagor. This is the perfect location for excursions to the Carinthian ski region, with the middle point being the sunny alpine area of Nassfeld. The area has 30 ski lifts and is particularly well suited to families owing to the large variety of pistes. as well as skiing, the area offers good cross country skiing and snow boarding (fun park including high jump, carving pistes, quarter pipe and boarder cross), there are torch lightshows, horse drawn sleighs as well as dog sledging, the area also has a skating rink (natural ice), toboggan run and beautiful waling paths. the holiday address is situated in a sunny location just 600 m. from the Presseggersee. The accommodation is of a good standard, comfortably furnished and very well equipped. Care has been taken to make this an attractive holiday property. The detached house is ideal for large groups of families that enjoy holidaying together but appreciate their own privacy. The property comprises of 4 different apartments ( two 2-4 persons accommodation with terrace on the ground floor and two spacious 4-6 persons properties with a large balcony on the 1st floor) that during the winter season is let as one property. This arrangement means you have the use of additional facilities, for example: all four properties have their own washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven.
