For shared use: swimming pool round (01.06.-30.09.). Children's playground. Private: garden, lawn sunning area. Patio. In the house: washing machine. Bread roll service. Parking by the house. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, riding stables 1.6 km, mountain lift 12 km. Please note: car essential. The swimming pool is a private natural pond with approx. 1500 m2 surface, located 300 m from the house. The Glödnitzbach river, which is only 50 m away and safe, is particularly popular among children. Fishing possible in the immediate vicinity. Numerous Carinthian lakes in the surroundings. Sights: Karl May Festival (July and August), Gurk Cathedral, Zwergenpark (dwarf park) 12 km. Table tennis, volleyball, children's bicycles and football goals for shared use. Sale of local farm products.
