Gamperhof - Description

Beautifully furnished appartment occupying the whole top floor of a remote 300 year-old farmhouse. The location, 1200m above sealevel on a hillside at the end of a country road is simply stunning. From up on the balcony the valley falls away, and the panorama is extraordinary. To your right you can see the snowcapped peak of the Hochalm, part of the Grossglockner massif, and one of Austria's highest mountains. To your left you have the start of the famous Nockalm massif.

The appartment itself has a private entrance, and consists of one very large, very comfortably furnished living room, at the far end of which is the kitchen and wood-burning stove. The 2 bedrooms are situated at both ends of this room.

Outside there is ample parking, a beautiful sun terrace, and walks start from the front door. Early mornings and evenings are great for spotting deer and other animals who venture out of the woods.

With its location on a working organic farm, you can also take advantage of fresh farm produce and bread baked by the farmers wife.

A wonderful spot to relax.

Please note that this appartment is located within a hunting area, so dogs must be carefully controlled at all times.
