Country house Florian is peacefully situated in a densley wooded, sunny position at a height of 1600 m in Gerlitzen that is 14 km north east from Villach. The house is situated at the end of an easily accessible unmetalled road. This detached house contains 5 holiday properties. On the ground floor are two spacious 3-5 persons properties (AT-9583-02/AT-9583-03), wth patio and garden furniture. On the 1st floor is a comfortable 5-7 persons accommodation (AT-9221-01) with balcony with garden furniture and a spacious 2-4 pers. accommodation (AT-9583-04), also with balcony with garden furniture. The properties are all attractive although the funishings are somewhat dated and the decor is predominantly wooden. Communal garden/lawn with garden furniture and barbeque.
