Hi all, im new to this site. Ive been skiing for eleven years on and off. Il be heading over to Canada in 2010 to Vancouver island to do a course in the Section 8 12 week "Snowsport Leadership Training" program. For this you will have to be very fit as its very competive. So i want to get myself int top shape but im not sure how to go about it, also i wish to change my diet as i dont eat the best at times. im 21 at the moment and i weigh 13 stone. So i want to get myself sorted for this course

anyone has any suggestions or tips

You can make a pretty good combination of exercise out of Yoga/Cycling.

With the eating it depends how extreme you want to go?
