Only one guy has ever punched me in the mouth. He ended up in a similar condition to that American at Pisa Airport, ie, highly unlikely ever to attempt to have children again.

Oh, and the guy that did me ~ ended up as a well known radio 2 presenter. And in-between times, we occasionally shared the stage together, with guitars, banjos, and one time, a drunken Hamish Imlach.

DaveMac bit surprised by that. Obviously, I don't kmow you, but from previous posts, have built you up in my head pretty much as a real gentleman. Quite sensitive and an all round "Mr Nice Guy". Am I wrong???

I guess that ought to sum me up, I am not the least bit interested in violence of any kind. However, the American at Pisa Airport carelessly, and heavily whacked my frau across the head, refused to apologise, and then hit me. I'm afraid there is a limit, where a chap has to be taught a lesson in good manners.

Even if he was half my age.
