This is me having a blast down an almost empty red on the Hintertux.

(let me know if it works, this is the first time I've tried to add a video)

Was up there on Wednesday. Very windy, very cold but loads of fresh snow after Tuesday's dump. Nice ski down to Sommerberg though.

Me jealous Jim, only 16 more sleeps before I go back to the big Z. Got my sea legs now after 3 years in this racket and I intend to lift it all the way to the Hara Kiri so it's my first run, none of this looking at it over lunch and wishing I was good enough. I'm going down it.

Hintertux is great though, I've slid down 6 European glaciers: Engelberg, Zermatt, Saas Fee, Tignes, Vaili-D and the Tux, it's the most diverse and challenging in my opinion, will be doing a day up there for sure. It's also the only time I've hurt myself, but I can't blame the mountain.

Johnski,
I tried looking at your video tonight, but my broadband is too slow at the moment. I'll have another go early tomorrow morning, when hopefully nearly all the people in my area will still be in bed, and not on their computers.

The bit I could see, looked great - thanks very much for putting it up (with Pablo's help)

Damn, that slope looks so tempting, groomed to perfection and what snow cover. Nice video, good skiing clearly..the tuck was in a traverse, yes?
Skiing is good for the soul!
Off there next weekend cant wait YAHOOOOOOOOOOO
Thanks for the techno help Pablo!

Yes the snow was perfect, there had been a little fresh and it was quite cold (minus 5 or 10), sun and no wind!
The tuck was on the road (skiweg) bit.
And the lump on the side of my head is the camera!
