The format was shamelessly "borrowed" from the internet. There are many out there designed by people and posted for general use. I dont have the time to do it all myself but know enough code to be able to adapt it to my liking.

Let me know when you are in Zermatt, likely I will be working, the first 3 months are not the wisest for holiday requests but a beer would not be out of the question!!

Thanks everyone for your (as usual) comprehensive replies and the links to the great pics. Tino, hope to be there, probably first 2 weeks of October, but our plans are very fluid and can always change - mainly depends on what the weather in Switzerland is like - if its really poor, such as lots of rainy days, we often head across to the Dolomites and Lake Garda - so keeping my fingers crossed for a great early autumn in CH. May have a few days also in Saas Fee.
Hi Dixie,

Is factor 20 enough?

A good factor 15 stops 98% of UV - so factors above that are probably more about marketing than a significant change in protection.

The key thing to bear in mind is to put enough on frequently enough. Even the sports creams get washed off to an extent when you sweat.
