Walking the dogs, walking the dogs and walking the dogs (4 of). Oh, I also have horse riding lessons twice a week and go to an aerobics class twice a week. All of these are year-round though. Sometimes I make half-assed attempts at riding my bicycle and jogging (aka shuffling)

I am a bit of a fan of running - 10k, 1/2, and marathons are my favourites.

I have also started gym work to get myself a bit stronger (I really felt it on th icier days this year)

Also, I teach Kempo.

Just in case any-one thinks my Husband has flipped re previous Star wars pic "I hunt ewoks". He really does do this, he is part of a charity group , Dorset Troupers and does kids party,s, corporate events carnivals etc raising money for Gt Ormonds St hosp. He makes all the helmets and armour in our garage, at times it looks like we have a small army in there. That photo was at the weekend in Milton Keynes doing a big 4 day charity event. Well it takes his mind off pining for snow.
