Passo Tonale

Went to Tonale for first time mid jan- great skiing-intermediate despite fog and snowy weather. There might not be many tree lined runs but who wants to spoil the view of the mountains. Didn't get to ski the glacier as lifts up ther ewere not running very often- bad weather me thinks!
It is not the prettiest vilage I've seen and there are a couple of tower blocks, but it is far from ugly.
Didn't go for the night life and it struck me as being a bit on the quiet side, but then that is not always a bad thing.
I'll be going again next year.
