I am not all knowledge regarding banff as this year is my first time but I do know as a rule it gets better snow than most of europe. At the end of the day I actually think there is no point stressing about whether it shall be a good season and reading the weather reports every day. Its more effective to sit and pray to every god in every religion and perhaps try a little witch craft in bring in the snow.

is a pinch of salt good for snow? the council near me uses it to melt snow he he

on a positive note! my boardin instructor last year says u always get one bad year every few years then it comes back good!

either way the beers will be cold and flowing no matter the weather in any resort!!!

off to andorra in march and counting the days!!

I dont htink I could possibly wait that long... Im going to Banff in January and I cant that long!

(ha my council doesnt know what road salt is... resulting in me sliding down the road sideways in my car... scary. Snow in the right place is fabulous... snow on a steap road with no chains is NOT GOOD)

i cant wait that long either, local snowdome will have to do for now.
i was desperate o get everyone to emerald lake lodge once id seen the rooms but we still have beginers in teh group who wanted one more taste of europe before taking the plunge!!!
