I have found the people I've been with who didn't rate it were either poor skiers, determined not to enjoy Austria, or didn't see enough of the area because they didn't like the weather.

It's different, it suits some better than St Anton. For what I want from my skiing, St Anton wins hands down.

St Anton, like Val D'Isere and Chamonix, is one of the classic resorts that everyone who thinks they are a skier should visit. For all its shortcomings, it's still up there as one of the best in the world.

Just got to we loved it. St Anton was wonderful, but we will be trying something new next year.
