Agree with all the comments made about Breckenridge. I have been there twice. Lots of nice cruising piste together with some more challenging stuff. Good Infrastructure on the mountains with friendly staff. Piste generally not too crowded and interesting old style western mining town atmosphere in the resort.

This year I am going to Snowmass so really hope the Colorado weather comes up trumps soon with some decent snowfalls.

Agree all the comments above - we've skied Breck a couple of times, great resort, great snow, great weather. 1606 asked about the Spring Break and, yes, it can be a little busier in March. But, the Spring Break is staggered. This year most colleges are spread between weeks starting March 3rd, 10th and 17th (see http://www.studentcity.com/blog/when-is-my-spring-break/ for details). We've been there in March and found that Breck is big enough - and has enough lifts - to cope. Enjoy!
