Hi everyone


just back from a fantastic ski in La Plagne.

the weather was wounderfull till yesterday blue sky...

What did you think of La Plagne? I was thinking about going there at sometime in the future.

Skiing in La Plagne is really good. It lacks a little in the nightlife although there are some bars/clubs but we've always been too tired for that, and for France, prices are quite reasonable.

If you were to go, choose your village carefully - we stay in Belle Plagne as it has a 5 or 6 restaurants(bars and a club) and is ski in/ski out but there are pros and cons to all of them.

La Plagne / les Arcs is fine if a little soul less. Plenty of skiing (go for the full pass).
I went on a cheap deal to Arc 1600 just before Easter last year - the thaw set in big-time sbut that shouldn't be a problem at this time of year.

Its fatastic skiing, the place just smiles to you, i was in les meuries last year and it was a bit dull. we stayed in Bellcotte its cheaper and near the slopes, and there is a cable car till 12 am to bella plagne for some good bars, sorry no photos my camera broke down
