Oh, yes they still exist :( Last year in Serfaus had the dilemma to continue on the black slope with my 5yo who just started skiing or take together the t-bar, huh …

I'd never found any problem till this year. It depends where they are. I honestly think you'd have badly struggled on 2 of them in Bardonecchia. They were extremely long and very steep. And the problem was most of the time, if you DID come off, you were nowhere near the piste!
