Back to wine and summer and stuff...

I used to vow not to drink wine during the week. Unfortunately I find that's all pie in the sky and if you want to open a bottle, you go on and open a bottom.
I'm avoiding beer, thats what does the damage.

I also now have a 12 week window to try to get to the level I want to be at for stripping off and bearing all (well, some....) around the pool or on the beach. I managed to lose 1.5 stone last summer, and I'm still at the same weight, which is good, but I think another half a stone needs to come off, maybe a little bit of toning as well, before the summer break comes round....

....which I happened to have booked yesterday.

Bring it on Skiathos.

The TH deal finder strikes again

A sure fire way of getting yourself in good nick would be to do as much building work as you can, even at home, works for me

Not very useful of you are at 2,000m and the wind is blowing, he won't be so keen to let you take a look at his map then!!

I can see my house from here...

Hopefully he wont ski anything too scary or the routes could get indistinguishable

I thought of a variety of responses to Nelly on this but decided that, just for today, I will refrain !!

I don't have any DIY projects to work on. We've already got a conservatory

No problem Tony, depending on which weather forecast you trust either underpin it or put it on stilts

He told me that when he was out there a few weeks ago (and almost 30 degrees according to him), he saw someone skiing with said pants on and nothing else

I've just realised that my trip to hospital yesterday (scary heart thing, lots of crying, wires and blood samples) could possibly be related to the mornings incident with 20 year old boys pants.

BTW, I'm fine, wine is open.
