Is that an attempt at humour David?
Well, to tell you the truth Tony, I was wondering what the tissue dispensers were for. Where do they keep them in the resort?
I'm not sure about heated seats but they definitely have those windscreen things on at least one of the chair lifts in Meribel because I can remember chatting to the French guy next to me and asking him what they call them in French because I wasn't at all sure what to call them in English
The only other place I've seen the windscreen things is in Obergurgl.

Tissue dispensers. Strangely enough they are for, well, dispensing tissues. You know, the things you use to wipe your runny nose with. Great idea after a blast down the piste, before getting on a lift.
The windscreen things.....most resorts I have skied have these on chair lifts. Alpe d'Huez, Val Thorens, Mayrhofen, St Moritz, St Anton to name a few. Good for pulling down on a windy or snowy day. Or blocking snowballs from annoying french students.
