What sort?
2 bones in my shoulder are fusing together and there's a cyst in one of them. It's been sore for about 6 months now. Consultant has suggested steroid injections to try and avoid surgery.

Careful with steroid injections Tony, you may end up having trouble carrying your skis over your shoulder

Actually, scratch that. I must buy a goretex jacket. Was looking at a black sweet protection jacket earlier and orange trousers. Half price (but still a lot of krone.....)
