Bennyboy Some of those are National Geographic quality! Oh my they are just wonderful. Tony. Absolutely perfect perfect in every way. My mom's a professional photographer and she doesn't even have shots like that.

Are there any hintertux pics out there?

Mine are all taken in Big White in Canada. Tonnes of snow there always, many awesome powder days throughout the season!!! And yeah the trees at the top are known as "Snow Ghosts". Doesnt happen in all that many places worldwide. its to do with the snow and the ice thats in the cloud which just encased the trees in both. They look really easy to ski in but hit one and it hurts soo bad cos its solid!!

my boys were fasinated by these pictures and now want to go to big white.

Here are a few snaps from my exploration of the French alps...

A picture I took whilst on a rope tow in La Plagne, I think...

I think this was taken on the ski down from the Aguille Rouge in Les Arcs. At the bottom, there was a restaurant in which you could find a rabbit hopping about. I think he did rather well for food, given how popular he was with the patrons... And how fat he was!

An 'if only...' mountain, I think.

Off the back of the glacier in Val Thorens - very jealous of whoever made those tracks.

Caron-a you should go to Big White, its awesome!! Not a hard mountain by any means but loads of fast cruisers and steep stuff if you know where to find it!

Les Deux Tetes I think above 1600, a prominent landmark visible from down the Tarentaise as you drive in.

Mike,

He tells me the landing was pretty good.
He's now ranked No 15 in the world for U18 in Downhill.
Not bad considering he's from that well known British alpine resort of Norwich!!!!

Here's another from the British Junior Super G champs in Meribel just 2 weeks ago.

He's also ranked No 12 in the world for U18 in Sup G.
His web site is www.tj-ski.com

Thanks for the good wishes IceGhost,
TJ will be doing a fitness camp in Graz with GB team in August. Maybe you will see them about?

Here are a couple more pics of him in action in GS races.

Just thought I'd mention that he is looking for more sponsorship to help pay for next season's training and racing with the GB team. Anyone interested?
