Bugger! I have just been told that I cannot do my usual and leave early on the Friday to start my holiday. I normally do a few hours late in the early part of the week and leave at lunchtime, but this year I will actually have to work late on that day, and will not be finished till about 7pm. I am supposed to be leaving at midnight, so does not look like any sleep for me before I go, therefore...
I now only have 22 sleeps till we go  There is an upside to everything I suppose :D

Really? Is that because it is French?
I like it, nice and high, loads of runs and not full of chavvy brits :)

No, I do France no problem, but didnt like the place. Bland, dull at night, bleak. But lots of runs and good snow. Oh and it was full of chavvy Brits.Iceman wrote:Really? Is that because it is French?

Agree with Tony there, last time I was in Val Thorens it was full of chavvy brits.
Fortunately the friendly Swedish girls made up for that

Hmmm, will have to see.
If the truth be known I go there for the skiing. I tend to have a few beers after the white stuff then stay in in the evening drinking my own beer! My St Anton days are a distant memory - however they may come to light again in March ;)
I was last in VT about 5 or 6 years ago.
Either way
Still excited, dont burst my bubble ;)
