Hi,sorry for the delay in answering.

It was only 10mins by taxi from Neiderau to Hopfgarten and about 15 euros each way. You can then catch the gondola from Hopfgarten up the mountain,and the ski welt area you can ski is vast.We only skiied Soll,Itter and Brixham in the two days we had there. Definately want to go back and maybe stay in Soll next time so we can ski the rest.

Obviously I have seen Niederau and the house!! Even had a beer there, just never skied the actual resort...but not important to me as such. As I will always have a car then I have easy options.

Just boarding in Chamonix this week

Visited your house yesterday morning Johnny, lovely place, lots of character! About the same distance from the Bichlwirt and Tennladen T-bar as I am! Congrats. I have met the previous owner. Herbert assues me that he is half regretting the sale!
