I'm sure I wrote something up way back when but can't find it right now. Great ski area, if a little disjointed in places. You're going to find Champoluc's nightlife pretty quiet after St.Anton and Mayrhofen but it's positively banging compared to Gressoney and Alagna...

Good. We didn't really sample much of St Anton except straight after skiing before dinner, and to be honest those of us going aren't particularly party animals. Ski all day have a few beers, nice dinner, bed, up for first lift. Bingo.
I'll be interested to hear more on this, from your bank of knowledge Adders
Gressoney to me looked the better place to stop, but if Champoluc is actually the better place to stay then fine.....all good to know from someone who knows.2013: Champoluc Jan, Serre Che March
