apologies for the delay, been busy and skiing...... heating the shells will help them to mould quickly if not just wearing them will do the trick

Just my 2 pence but I use superfeet insoles. Compared to the default they just added extra support to the arch of my feet and helped a lot, no circulation problems at all. Trying them on in the shop will give you a little idea but the only real test is after a full day of skiing.

So if your feet need more arch support than what the default gives, get better insoles.
