Thank you very much for a great report, we are off to Soll on 15th, never been before to that part of Austria before, so it's really good to read about your positive experience in the area and about the child friendly atmosphere. We can't wait to our trip!
EEW! Please tell me this is not true- have been looking at Cervinia for a trip in March.

The squat toilets were common in Cervinia when we were there 2 yrs ago. I would expect they are being gradually phased out.
Skied: On snow, On water, On mud, On slush, On ice. Oh, and on a few dry slopes.
