Also do look at an insignia, massive inside, and the 160bhp diesel is lively and superb on fuel.
Personally I like the Leon, it's got more attitude than the others in its class and driver really well.
Petrol v Diesel
- The difference in price of fuel at approx 8p per litre takes a long long time to make up for the increased mpg with a petrol (about 110 mpg in my experience)
- I am fed up of sluggish diesels, those that are not sluggish are not in my price range
Cars
- Seat leon, had one of those (old shape) a few years back and was a good (but slluggish diesel car) :thumbup:
- Insignia is a bit big, 90% of the time there is just little old me driving (sitting in traffic)
- Golf. Have to get a brand new as chance it has been thrashed.
Curvy - I dont want to drive a box like a scooby ;)
C30 is looking attractive price.
