Hi All,

leaving this saturday for a week with family and kids (13 all together) and wondering if there's any discounts on ski-passes??

Also is it possible to swap passes during lunch since there will be some baby-sitters??

looking forward very much!!
Paul

you can find all information at www.verbinet.com.
if you buy daily passes you can swap those. Half day passes also available, or passes that start from 10.30, they are cheaper. If ylu buy multiple day passes then starting from certain number of days they require photo and they are not transferable. I saw a woman being stopped because she had her husband's pass that she claimed was swapped by mistake. I don't know how it ended but if her husband didn't have her pass his pass would have been forfeited.

Thank you for your reporting:)
Brings back some memories from our visit to what is undoubtedly one of the greatest ski resorts in the world!

quote=msej449]6.2.12: Slightly less cold at between -13C and -6C so a lot more fun but pistes still pretty empty even at the Weekend. Bright and clear and relatively warm waiting for the skibus. Wind picked up a bit this afternoon. But overall, great snow, few people, and relatively smooth and forgiving pistes.

For a short while, I was completely on my own at Lac des Vaux, other than my two companions waiting at the lift. actually quite a bizarre feeling!

Here's a video from this morning, on the run from the gate below Savoleyres through to Carrefour:

The end at Carrefour ranks as the most people in once place on piste anywhere in Verbier!
