I have skied Andorra, France, Italy, Austria and West America and I am thinking of going to Bulgaria next year and interested in peoples experiences there.

Dismissive.......yes, in terms of somewhere for me to ski. All I said was no thanks, quite polite by my standards
It wasn't sarcastic either. If it was I'd have said something like "ooooh yes please, looks amazing...."
