Everything included means:
Flights
Transport
Accommodation
Ski pass
Skis
Possibly insurance

Extra detail
Me and 3 other friends want to go on a skiing holiday in the next 1 or 2 years instated of the usual 'lads holiday'. The only problem is we were going to go with our school but I suggested going on our own would be more fun and possibly cheaper. However, I haven't been able to find anything for less than £1200, the same price as the school one. If anyone knows how to ski for under £1000 each either organised individually or through a companies that would be sick

What have you looked at so far? And where are you travelling from? Where do you want to go?

£1000 per person is a generous budget.

I looked at a few places in France. Like Le Deux Alpes, but I've been told places like Bulgaria and cheaper. We'd be travelling from any London aiport, probably Gatwick or Stansted. If I a preference I would go to Courchevel since I've been going there for 10 years with my parents, but I know that's ridiculously expensive

Why not look at Meribel? Much cheaper than Courchevel but same ski area.
What dates are you looking for?
You should be able to find a decent chalet with a 2 for 1 lift pass deal.

I guess one of your problems is because you are tied to the school hols. The very nature of the beast means inflated prices at these times. Book flights early, try Swiss Air or BA etc as well as Easyjet and Ryan Air and I would aim for Geneva as there are literally stacks of places within easy reach from there. Meribel, Morzine, Chamonix as well as Aosta valley are all within 1 and half hours. Thought of going by train from Paris to Sauze or something like that. If you are in a public schhol that finishes early at Xmas why not do 10-20 Dec, it is usually cheaper then but ensure you get somewhere with a good snow record ...Montgenevre opens 29th nov and gets good early snow. I am sure you will find somewhere all in for your price but it does show what a good deal schools usually get as they include 4 hours of instruction per day...try adding that to any deal you get!!(everyone needs extra lessons unless they are Olympic standard!)
Carving leaves me all on edge

I agree that those couple of weeks before Christmas can throw up some real accommodation bargains. We go to a fabulous place in Austria at that time where we get top quality b&b for €35. Dinner is optional if you want, and it's not expensive.

Same just after new year, I'm doing Alpe D'Huez trip with catered chalet, lift pass, flights, transfers etc all for £650pp, much cheaper booking big group but you shouldn't need to pay that much more for 4 people.
