Milan Transfer to Cervinia

The nearest railway station is at Châtillon/Saint-Vincent ( www.trenitalia.it). From Châtillon, and also from Turin and Milan, there is a coach service to and from Breuil-Cervinia( www.savda.it).

We will be staying at hotel Berna in Milan two days before transfer, Club Med say they can pick up from Turin station, I was looking for hotel pickup x 25 persons.

The hotel Berna is only 200 metres from Milan Central station; from there you can get a train to Turin Porta Nuova station. Train travel is less expensive in Italy than in the UK and groups of 10 or more can purchase a group ticket, 10% discount. If you want to be taken door to door the only other option I can think of would be to hire a coach, try Googling "milano noleggio autobus".

I would have thought that your group was big enough to look at hiring a coach for the return trip.
If it were me I would get in touch with the tourist office for some contacts of coach companies and ask for quotes.
