Just found out Im going on the schools trip to said resort in January, 12th til 19th.
Its one of the few big resorts i haven't been to and don't know much about. Heard it has a pretty decent long black run!

Anyone particularly fond of it and can impart some advice or even is anyone going that week?

So delighted as with my wedding this summer i wasn't going to get away again this year!

156days to go!

I love the place, it' got everything. Runs that suit all levels, distinct areas each with a different character.
The red run down to Oz always comes up in lists of favorite runs.
Masses of blue runs close to home, it's perfect for mixed ability groups.
The challenging stuff is varied and rewarding.

Andy is right, its a great place. Plenty of runs for all types of skiier and just enough for a full week.
I reckon I am gonna go back this season for 4th time.
When in doubt?....Flat out.

Superb skiing. Not a bad old village either.
Great place for everyone.
Too many good runs to mention, but I recommend heading up early to Montfrais on a clear morning and skiing that corner of the area right across.

Dont forget La Grange for lunch at the mid station Alpette cable car.

L'Olmet and Rousses are 2 great runs, again best done early in the day.

Sarenne is the longest black in Europe and if you can survive the top part, the rest is a doddle so take in the scenery.

I love ADH

Better get in the gym then by the sounds of it, just hope they hire us some decent skis this time as on last school trip they were like rubber...
