Part Exchange

Hi all....First time on here so excuse me for any general ignorance and thanks in advance for any feedback.

I have a snowbaord, boots and bindings that I bought a while ago, all in great condition but due to a niggling back injury I am returning to skiing (and to be honest, I prefer skiing to boarding anyway), so I was just wondering if anyone knew of anywhere that offer part ex. I would love to part ex my snowboard stuff for Skis and boots but have searched online and havent come up with any place locally (I live in yorkshire) that offers this.
I know I could ebay my stuff but I thought this might be a better option.
Anyway - grateful if anyone out there knows of such a magical mystical place that offers part ex or such like....
