I'm sure we need a thread to discuss the food we eat when we are skiing. :D
I'll start it off with a dish from our recent trip.
This is a very yummy Tom Kah soup with rice (a coconut milk spiced Thai soup). Cost approx £12. Venue - Hollvin Restaurant & Bar, Hemsedal, Norway.
Icy - mini eggs not allowed

Looks pretty good to me. The problem I have with good food while skiing is that good food requires a good drink to go with it. That's why I often opt for a hamburger even when there are much better things on the menu.
