Back to visualisation. Now be honest, how many sermons have you skied through. Also works for boring theatre, movies, school band concerts, etc.

I also do a lot of white water kayaking this way too. It's the only way I'd get to Austria now, Sanna, Trisanna, Inn etc.

I suspect that this is more of a male thing and women are jealous of this ability ).

Do you mean the famous ID Super-ego EGO from the famed Freudian personalities theory!

Because if so,,it is a great compliment since this ego is the center of the personality!It is the decision maker. the one who finally moderates conflict between ID and super-ego!

PS Some of my closer skier friends would tend to tell you that it is the ID that guides my ski gypsy life!
