 Easter snow?

We are hoping to book a holiday for first week of April and do not want to go to France as we are taking kids boyfriends and girlfriends so need somewhere cheaper? Does anyone have a recommendation of a place that is likely to have good snow at least until April 7th and where we should be able to get a chalet/apartment and flights closeby. We are thinking of flying to a closeby airport and then driving to resort. Any suggestions/ideas greatly appreciated! Thanks all, Julie
This question seems to be being asked almost once a day....

Ok. You need to go somewhere with high altitude skiing, where it has a good snow record, and if you insist on it not being France look at glacier resorts in Austria or Switzerland, or Italy.

Cervinia
Zermatt (v expensive)
Saas Fe (also pricey)
Hintertux attached to Mayrhofen area (cheap)

Otherwise France has a lot of expensive places, and some cheaper ones too like Serre Chevalier where I have skied in April before. I also skied Verbier early April and it was amazing, but CAN be expensive. Like anywhere, you can find cheaper accommodation and places to eat and drink,
