We are going to be staying in the Nordic hotel next week, can we ski in / ski out at the moment? how are conditions?
This webcam is situated right outside of the Nordic. The 4-man lift is just to the left of this shot, the gondola is 200 metres to the right, and the run emerging around the bend is a routine blue.

Nothing on the trees which suggests no recent snowfall.
Heading there the 22nd anyone there or just back who could report. Rightly pissed off that the rest of Europe seems to be fine, ) Any sages who want to reply with 'well you take yer chances with snowfall!!' a small request .......Dont. I'd just like to hear from someone who's there or been there, or any weather forecasters would be appreciated too !
Its weird that the weather systems have been missing the Pyrenees. I'm heading out to Soldeu for the rest of the season at the end of this month, so am a little bit concerned.

My buddy is instructing out there and reports conditions as, 'not great' at the moment.

I've been out the last two years in early February and it has dumped both times so I'm confident the snow will arrive.

No point in worrying, Que Sera and all that!!

Been looking at booking soldeu on 4th march but been holding off . as you say seems all major snow has missed the pyrenees all together, pleant of time yet but no great for those already booked to go. fingers crossed it changes soon. i love the place and would like to go back.

Sorry to say it, but why oh why do people book Andorra when you've got the risk of exactly these kind of conditions?
I can understand booking a late deal after a heavy dump, but I dont think I'd ever risk making an advanced booking and hoping for the best.
Pick a resort high up in the Alps if you're worried about no snow.

but surely with global warming alot of places are a risk. look at last season. As for andorra i just hope something changes soon.

given the choice where would you book in advance ? since the heavy snow in th alps it seems prices have really stepped up. i for one really cant decide whwere to go.
