Just switched Eurosport on and it looks like the first round of Live skiing has begun.... Solden in Austria. Didn't realise there was enough snow, is it the glacier?

Yep :-) :D :P Season is now officially under way. The womens event was yesterday, and obviously both of the mens runs taking place this morning.
It is up on the glacier, and is the traditional start to the season.

I see Eurosport is up to its usual standard.

Indeed, that did rather upset me this morning. I fail to see why we cannot also have access to proper "Eurosport" here in the UK rather than the Sky controlled UK version.

I should point out, it is now supposed to be on HD at 3pm, assuming the damn snooker does not over run as well :cry: :!:

The dang snooker is over running. I can count less than 10 people in the audience in what must be the most important snooker event on the calendar :shock:

I came home early to see the skiing and bl+++y snooker! its not like the tennis or snooker isnt on 23 hours a day anyway! first race of the season too :(
