Spinning 6am this morning for 25min. 07:15-07:45 in office, trousers off and icing knee, foot up on my step up box. The beauty of desk work.

Hello, you're all still here then, patiently waiting for the winter to come.

I've been entertaining myself by looking longingly at the webcams to get my sunshine fix and wishing I was there, also been looking for fun cheap stuff to do in Cornwall when we go camping there in August - it's going to rain isn't it?
