Skiing in Marshall Mountain
Marshall Mountain, USA (1798m)
Named after an early-day prospector, Marshall cut its first ski runs in 1937 and operated with rope tows until 1965. Today, Marshall encompasses 480 acres with 3 lifts, 22 runs and '1500 vertical feet of terrain. Marshall
also offers a regulation size halfpipe and challenging terrain park for snowboarders. For the 1999/2000 season Phase I expansion plans included the replacement of a T-bar with a triple chair which extended the terrain 500feet up the mountain tpo its current top lift height.
