Skiing in Le Massif
Le Massif, Canada
Although established in 1970 , it was not until 1992 that lifts were installed, with skiers being bussed to the top until then, skiing four or five runs a day with guides. Since 1992 the resort has seen constant improvement to infrastructure and services, it has a particularly good reputation for its health food, prepared by French chef Guy Bessone ('fast 'and fried food are not sold). A former joint candidate for the 2002 Olympics.
